CUSTOMER CARE
At Art of Quilting, we are dedicated to providing a compassionate and supportive experience for all of our customers. Communication primarily takes place via email, and we aim to respond to inquiries within 2 business days. Initial consultations are conducted through video link to offer a more personal connection. Our approach to customer service is centered on empathy, calmness, and providing comfort to ensure each customer feels heard and valued. While we do not have a formal escalation process, we handle all issues with care, working diligently to resolve concerns as swiftly as possible. We also encourage our customers to share their feedback by leaving reviews online, helping us continuously improve and enhance the services we offer.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
At Art of Quilting, we prioritize the privacy and safety of our customers. We collect essential information such as names, contact details (including postal addresses), and personal details about the individual the quilt is being created for, in order to ensure a personalized and meaningful product. This information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties under any circumstances.
To maintain a secure environment during consultations, we use Google Meet as our video conferencing platform. This ensures a safe and private interaction between our customers and team.
